1. High-frequency power supply. The high-frequency generator in the equipment can generate relatively high-frequency currents, generally in the range of 10kHz to 500kHz. This current can excite electrons and ions in the pipe, accelerate their movement speed, and generate heat.

2. Induction heating. High-frequency current is introduced into both ends of the pipe through a power regulator and a welding head. The pipe itself generates high-frequency eddy current through induction, causing the pipe to rapidly heat up and reach the melting point to melt the contact surface.

3. Automatic forward and backward racks. Used for entering and positioning pipes, automatically advancing pipes during the welding process, achieving continuous automated production.

4. Setting of inner and outer diameters. The inner and outer diameter measurement system is used to detect the size of pipes, match with preset welding process parameters, automatically adjust the movement trajectory of the welding head, and complete accurate welding seam formation.

5. Sealing and cooling system. The interior is an isolated space, completely sealed from the outside, and equipped with a cooling water system to protect the circuit system and cool the welding hot zone, ensuring stable operation of the equipment.

6. Process control system. All mechanical actions and welding parameters such as high-frequency power, welding head movement speed, cooling water volume, etc., are controlled by microcomputers, and high automation control is achieved by inputting process parameters through the human-machine interface.
