The production process of high-frequency welded pipe equipment mainly depends on the product variety. From raw materials to finished products, a series of processes need to be carried out. To complete these processes, various mechanical equipment and welding, electrical control, and detection devices are required. These equipment and devices are arranged reasonably according to different process requirements. The following precautions should be taken when using high-frequency welded pipe equipment:
The production process of high-frequency welded pipe equipment mainly depends on the product variety. From raw materials to finished products, a series of processes need to be carried out. To complete these processes, various mechanical equipment and welding, electrical control, and detection devices are required. These equipment and devices are arranged reasonably according to different process requirements. The following precautions should be taken when using high-frequency welded pipe equipment:
1. Choose appropriate parameter combinations, including power supply frequency, power, pressure, and other parameters. This determines the welding quality.
2. Install the crimping ring and center electrode to ensure good contact between the two ends of the welded pipe and the electrode.
3. Check the water cooling system to ensure that the cooling water circulation is normal. Overheating can damage the electrodes.
4. Insert the pipe between the electrodes and adjust the pipe so that both ends are level with the electrodes.
5. Apply axial pressure to ensure good contact between the pipe and the electrode. Commonly used pneumatic cylinders provide pressure.
6. Power on and start, stop the power supply after both ends of the pipe are melted, and then maintain pressure for cooling.
7. The crimping time is generally between 1-5 seconds, and the specific parameters need to be determined based on the diameter and wall thickness of the pipe.
8. The pressure holding cooling time needs to be sufficient, usually 3-4 times the crimping time.
9. After welding is completed, the surface quality of the welding joint should be checked to ensure that there are no defects.
10. Regularly maintain the electrodes to ensure that their contact surfaces are clean and flat.
Using high-frequency welding equipment according to standard operating procedures can ensure the quality of pipe connections.
