Product Description
Cold rolled pipe mill is an equipment used for producing cold rolled pipes, mainly used for processing various specifications and materials of cold rolled pipe products. It usually consists of multiple components, including a feeding system, a curling system, a cold rolling system, a shaping system, and a cutting system.
The working principle of a cold rolling pipe mill is to roll metal strips through multiple rollers to obtain the desired shape and size without heating. This cold working method can improve the strength and hardness of the metal, while avoiding possible deformation and damage during the hot rolling process.
Cold rolled pipe mills are widely used in fields such as construction, machinery, automotive, aerospace, etc. The cold-rolled pipe products produced have the characteristics of smooth surface, precise size, and stable performance. In modern industrial production, cold rolling tube mills have become one of the indispensable and important equipment.
Equipment Introduction
The steel plate pre-bending machine is used for the pre-bending edge forming before JCO. That is, the steel plates for pipe production are milled and then fed section by section between the upper and lower molds of the machine. Under the pressure of the upper and lower molds, the material flows and bends. By replacing and adjusting the relative position of the molds, a bent edge with a curvature radius very close to that of the finished steel pipe can be obtained. The two machines are placed opposite each other. The steel plate can be bent simultaneously on both sides.
The structural diagram of the steel plate pre-bending machine is shown in the figure. It mainly consists of the frame assembly, the cylinder unit, the lower die frame assembly, the die transfer device, the fixed idler and the following idler, the frame drive device, the hydraulic system, etc
The pressing process of the steel plate pre-bending machine is as follows: first, the steel plate after milling is transported by the entrance roller conveyor and stops at the required position of the pre-bending press. At the stop position, the central device aligns the steel plate and then the roller conveyor conveys the steel plate to the first bending position. At this time, the steel plate is supported by the movable rollers and two sets of fixed rollers installed on each C-type press.
Then the steel plate begins to be pre-bent.The upper die is fixed on the upper die beam assembled by the frame and first clamps the crossbeam. Then, it rises through two oil cylinders on each side and clamps the steel plate. Subsequently, the lower die rises under the action of the main oil cylinder, and the steel plate gradually bends upward under the action of the lower die.Since both the upper and lower die curves of the pre-bending are designed with involute, and the base radius of the involute in the lower die is larger than that in the upper die, as the steel plate deforms, the radius of curvature at the deformed part gradually decreases, and the pre-bending lever arm gradually decreases. When the lever arm is equal to the thickness of the pre-bent steel plate, the pre-bending ends, and at this time, the pre-bending force is also the maximum.
After the pre-bending is in place and a brief period of pressure holding, the clamping beam, the lower die beam and the accompanying idler roller descend. Then, the roller conveyor feeds the steel plate into the next step. Repeat the above steps until the entire steel plate is fully pressed
