Product Description

Cold rolled pipe mill is an equipment used for producing cold rolled pipes, mainly used for processing various specifications and materials of cold rolled pipe products. It usually consists of multiple components, including a feeding system, a curling system, a cold rolling system, a shaping system, and a cutting system.
The working principle of a cold rolling pipe mill is to roll metal strips through multiple rollers to obtain the desired shape and size without heating. This cold working method can improve the strength and hardness of the metal, while avoiding possible deformation and damage during the hot rolling process.
Cold rolled pipe mills are widely used in fields such as construction, machinery, automotive, aerospace, etc. The cold-rolled pipe products produced have the characteristics of smooth surface, precise size, and stable performance. In modern industrial production, cold rolling tube mills have become one of the indispensable and important equipment.

Equipment Introduction

Disc-type drawing machines are best suited for drawing highly ductile tubes such as red copper and aluminum. They are also commonly used for drawing extra-long tubes, such as stainless steel. The capacity of disc-type drawing machines is generally indicated by the diameter of the winch(drum).Winch diameters typically range from 550 to 2900 mm, with the largest reaching 3500 mm. Drawing forces typically range from 8.8 to 55 kN. Disc-type drawing machines come in various configurations, generally classified as horizontal or vertical. In order to ensure that the drawn pipes or wires are evenly arranged on the drum
A tight spiral shape is generally achieved through two methods:
1. Mold base movement method.
The die seat is parallel to the cylindrical drum
The uniform movement along the axis makes the pipes neatly arranged
2. Extrusion pipe placement method.
The formwork seat remains stationary and passes through the subsequent pipeline
Squeeze the previous circle of pipelines and push them forward circle by circle to achieve pipe arrangement.
