It usually consists of multiple components, including a feeding system, a curling system, a cold rolling system, a shaping system, and a cutting system.
The working principle of a cold rolling pipe mill is to roll metal strips through multiple rollers to obtain the desired shape and size without heating. This cold working method can improve the strength and hardness of the metal, while avoiding possible deformation and damage during the hot rolling process.
Cold rolled pipe mills are widely used in fields such as construction, machinery, automotive, aerospace, etc. The cold-rolled pipe products produced have the characteristics of smooth surface, precise size, and stable performance. In modern industrial production, cold rolling tube mills have become one of the indispensable and important equipment.
Equipment Introduction
1.The structure of our company's straightening machine is available in two types: vertical and horizontal with multiple inclined rollers. The machine mainly consists of the following parts: the main drive system, the frame, the vertical type is the upper and lower roller adjustment system, the horizontal type is the left and right roller adjustment system, and the front and rear roller tracks.
2.The frame of vertical machine utilizes a hydraulically preloaded frame. This mechanism is based on technology from the German company MEER. The upper and lower frames are connected by columns and preloaded nuts. During assembly, hydraulic nut tensioners are used to pull the columns together, simultaneously preloading the columns. This ensures excellent machine rigidity, frame stability during straightening, high straightening accuracy, and ease of maintenance and disassembly. The columns are chrome-plated, and the lifting slide guides are precise.
3. The frame of the horizontal model is composed of the left and right roller seat system installation plates, which are connected by transverse tie rods. High-strength nuts are used in conjunction with elastic washers for locking. The straightening roller assembly system is installed on only the panel.
4.The straightening roller adopts a dedicated roller shape, covering all specifications within the range of straightening pipes or bars. It features high and stable straightening accuracy. The material is highly wear-resistant, and the straightening roller can be reprocessed and reused after wear. The hardness of the straightening roller is HRC56-62. The roller bearings adopt double-row self-aligning roller bearings, which can not only withstand relatively large radial forces but also certain axial forces. The roller gap and Angle can be conveniently adjusted through the scale and digital display, and can be firmly locked after adjustment. It can quickly and conveniently change the specifications of straightening products.
5. The main drive of the vertical straightening machine is driven by two servo or DC motors, which respectively drive the upper and lower straightening rollers. The main motor drive is synchronous. The main drive reducer adopts hard gear transmission, which has a long service life. The straightening speed is steplessly adjustable. It can effectively balance the straightening speed and torque of the upper and lower straightening rollers to ensure stable straightening. Straightening can be achieved by repeatedly adjusting the forward and reverse directions of the main motor.
6.Vertical straightening roller adjustment: upper roller lift adjustment, upper roller locking, four-column guide slide, lower roller lift adjustment, roller angle adjustment, and lower roller locking. The straightening rollers are equipped with proximity switches for lift and angle limiting.
The straightening roller locking device uses a hydraulic cylinder to eliminate play between the lead screw and lift nut, as well as other clearances, and securely locks the straightening rollers, preventing any movement during the straightening process.
7. The straightening machine is equipped with a loading and unloading rack, and the structure can be customized to meet customer needs.
8. Our straightening machines cover a range of 5mm to 830mm.
